Shipping and delivery
Shipping cost Letters/Mail packages
A priceworthy alternative where your order is sent as a Letter/Mail package to your closest Mail office.
The package will be delivered within 4-6 working days after we send your order, weekends Mondays to Fridays.
Price mailpackage: For orders under 99 EUR = 10 EUR within the EU. for orders above 99 EUR = free shipping.
No other fees in addition to this.

Order status
Ordered
We received your order and a order confimation was sent to your E-mail address.
Payed
For Credit card customers the purchase will be registerd immediately and your order status changed to payed.
Under consideration
The produts was packed or managed by our warehous staff. The transport is not started yet. Therefore it can take an additional few hours before the package can be traced. This status is usually showed when an order demands some kind of special treatment.
Delivered
Your order is sent from NutriOutlet and depending on the way of shipping you chose it will be delivered within 4-6 working days.
The package can be traced through Mail goods search. Follow the link in the E-mail you receive while in connection with changed order status and fill in colli id/letter id.
Return manageing and reclaims
Returns and the right to exchange goods needs to be conducted within 14 days from the day of delivery under the condition that the product is returned to NutriOutlet undamaged and unused in its original package.
Reclaim damaged or lost shippment/product to NutriOutlet within 5 work days from the date of delivery.
